Breakfast buffet
Every day you are in store for a rich breakfast buffet with a choice of fresh bread (white bread, wholemeal bread, typical South Tirolean “Vinschgerlen”). In addition there is butter, home made jams, various types of cheeses and sausages available. Also “Speck” ,a typical South Tirolean bacon, cereals and juices are available and should not be missing for an ideal start into the holiday. 

Dinner
The daily 3-course dinner menu is varied and consists of typical South Tirolean products as well as Italian specialities. Local meats and venison with vegetables, grown in our own garden, are on our menu as well as fish and vegetarian food.

In the summer we organize gregarious barbecues and in autumn we seduce you at our typical South Tirolean “Törggelen”, a special type of dinner.

Gluten free food
Our guests which suffer from coeliac disease can enjoy their holiday trouble-free with us. We have been cooking gluten free for a few years now so that you can enjoy our food untroubled.

• We use bread and flour mixtures from the Schär company.
• We use pasta from the Le Veneziane company.
• We produce many foods by ourselves.
• To avoid dietary mistakes in the kitchen we take very much care on hygiene.

Weekly the highest situated sparkling wine cellar of Europe in Meltina invites to a tasting. A corresponding Aperitif is also available in our guest house.
